In the place known as the “Eternal Spring,” the Meliá Paradisus hotel is located to accommodate travelers in its 5-star rooms in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Sustainability and ecology have been the creative values in designing the hotel’s luminaires. Structures were created to illuminate the rooms of this luxurious accommodation. Wicker, rattan, natural fibers, and plant fabrics have been the main materials for the lamps manufactured by the studio to light up the common areas. It’s a reflection of the hotel’s philosophy of “putting the focus on culture, so that, for example, the client can learn about local art in the establishment.
